my degree work is developing nicely. moved on a little from sugar craft, drawing inspiration from Ikebana .

My 6 year old son enjoying working with mummy, he enjoys doing this with me and wants to be a jeweller. It made me think about other 6 year old children who are forced to do this sort of work under terrible conditions with no safety equipment, being payed pence to satisfy the greed of the western consumer society. PLEASE THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE BUYING.
Not the best day today finished ( almost ) one ring , started the next and managed to melt an area of one of the faces, that will teach me to rush and take my eye off the job, another lesson learned today concentration is a must, not the first time ive done this.
